Booking

Very easy ! You can book over the phone in a few minutes !
When we provide you with a rate for the requested service, you can confirm your approval, by providing us with a credit card, over the phone (all calls will be recorded) or we will send you a credit card form to fill and send us back.

You can also pay online by credit card. If this is your choice we will then send you a secure link.

Booking means that you acknowledge our cancellation policy procedure and rates.

We can provide safe and reliable ground transportation service anywhere in the world.

We built through the year a solid affiliate network, that represents us in every part of the world .

There are no rules, but please be aware that in case of late request, we may not be able to garantee availability. In any case, we will do our best to provide you with the service you need.

Rates depends on the distance and travel time of the service, as well as location, time of the day or moment of the year, vehicle category and number of passengers to be transported

We only work with strongly selected affiliate in each city. Our rates are negotiated with the most reliable and effective affiliates company in each market, we are not looking for the cheapest rates with our affiliate but we are always looking for the best services, our services will be definitely the best you can experience in each location and will be the best value for money

You can pay by bank wire, check or cash.

We request a credit card number only to secure your booking.

It’s a safe garanty for us, and it makes it easy for you to give your card once and order forever !

We like credit card as it’s a secure way for both side to pay and get paid.It’s also the fastest way to handle a booking and to confirm it any where in the world at any time

Credit card details are saved in our offices on secure network and charge are made through secure 3D bank system.

We can at your convinience charge the card, prior or after the service. Or we can also invoice you after the service and you’ll pay by bank wire or check.

We use your credit card number as many other industry , Hôtel , car Rental and even some restaurant.

We perform a pre autorisation on the card, that”s mean we don”t charge the card if you don’t want you but just “send a request” to your bank asking for approval if charge were to be maid.

Your chauffeur will wait for you at the airport arrival terminal with a sign at your name ( your logo or company name ). He will be standing right after custom.

If you wish we can also provide a meet and greet service just outside the plane and a hostess helping you with your luggage and through custom clearance. This service must be requested during booking ( but is not available in all airports).

The word “At disposal” speaks for itself !

It means that the driver is at your disposal for the amount of time you requested. You can go anywhere during this amount of time without needing prior approval from our booking department.

The service is billed on a timely basis with a minimum of hours and includes an amount of kilometers per hour.

The service starts and ends on the same location or on a location near by.

The hourly rate is communicated to you prior services and will be charged accordingly of the number of hours you used or you requested.

Depending on the country we will charge garage to garage time (but it won’t exceed 1 hour extra charge)

We call a “transfer” a “ride from point A to point B” with no stop in between and with the fastest route, and without waiting time.

For example :

A chauffeur welcomes and picks you up at the airport and drops you off in the city near by. There is no stop planned during the ride. Once the driver dropped you off, the service is over. That’s what we call a transfer.

Any other services requested during the transfer service may be billed (any stop on the way , any detour, or services such as picking up passengers on another location…)

The cancellation policy is explained to you together with all of our rate proposal.

Cancellation policy may differ regarding the location of the requested services, but please find below our standard cancellation policy :

Mini Bus, Mini Coach and Coach (Vehicles of more than 9 seats)

  • – 72 hours prior : 30 % of the invoice will be billed
  • – 48 hours prior : 50 % of the invoice will be billed
  • – 24 hours prior : 80 % of the invoice will be billed

Standard Sedan, Luxury Sedan and Minivans (Vehicles with less than 9 seats)

  • – 48 hours prior : 30 % of the invoice will be billed
  • – 24 hours to 6 hours prior : 50 % of the invoice will be billed
  • – 6 hours prior (office hours) : 100 % of the invoice will be billed

All cancellations (applying to all vehicle types) will lead to a billing corresponding to 15 % (30€ minimum excluding taxes) of the requested services corresponding to the processing fee. For any cancellation the day of the transport, the entirety of the invoice will be billed. All refunds will be processed after cancellation within 15 days.

For special destination , if a different cancellation Policy should apply it will be specified with our price proposal.

Services

Our schedules are constantly evolving and providing you with chauffeur details more than 24 hours would not be accurate as there are big chances that the chauffeur changes.

If it’s important to you to have the chauffeur details more than 24 hours in advance we will do our best.

All of our chauffeurs are dressed with dark suits along with ties and white shirts.

We do have umbrellas for you to borrow in our vehicles. You just need to make a request to your chauffeur and he will glad to hand it in to you.

We clean our vehicles daily for the outside and between each ride for the interior, so yes your vehicles will be in pristine condition.

Don’t worry about your private vehicle condition. We aim to keep our fleet recent, so the maximum old the vehicle would be is 3 years old.

We keep our vehicles in perfect condition.

All of our vehicles are 100 % smoke free.

If the ride you booked is a long ride and you feel like smoking, our driver will be happy to make a stop on the way for you to smoke.

Please inform us with the number of bags you’ll carry during the booking and we will propose the adequat vehicle.

We recommend one large suit case and one small bag per passenger to fit in all types of vehicle.
If it were to be more, just let us know during the booking and we will propose the best solution.

We monitor in real time all the flight, so if your flight were to be delayed we will know it ! Don’t worry, we will take all the arrangments possible and your chauffeur will still be there on your arrival, and no charge will be billed for the time of the delay.

All the airport are differents, but in most cases you chauffeur will be standing right after the custom with a sign at your name.

If the waiting area were to be different due to airport regulation we will let you know prior your booking.

Please note that you can always request a meet and greet service just after exiting the plane.

We will provide you at least 24h prior your service with the Chauffeur name and phone number.

In case you cannot reach your driver contact our 24/7 line +334.91.37.84.36 and our dispatch team will be happy to assist you.

We supervise train arrivals at all train stations prior to your arrival.

Vehicles & Chauffeurs

A Classe V can accommodate up to 7 passengers. Two seat arrangements are possible : In lounge format, the seats face each other. The seats can also be arranged one behind the other. The trunk is very spacious. The windows are tinted, and blackout mesh curtains are available. There is also WiFi, USB ports, and dual-zone air conditioning.

Sedan :
A sedan is, for us, a standard car ; the models range from a Mercedes Classe C to an Infiniti Q50. These are the least expensive models in our fleet. It features tinted windows, Wi-Fi, and individual USB ports.

E-Class :
The E-Class is a fully equipped Mercedes. It is spacious, equipped with adjustable electric seats, a panoramic sunroof, tinted windows, Wi-Fi, and individual USB ports.

S-Class :
The S-Class is a luxurious and very spacious Mercedes. It comes with adjustable electric seats, a panoramic sunroof, tinted windows, blackout mesh curtains, Wi-Fi, and individual USB ports. It also has multiple ambient lighting options.

First Class Transport offers high-end vehicles, only recent models, and perfectly maintained. They are replaced every 3 years. They are black, with tinted windows.

We provide you with fresh water bottles, tissues, refreshing wipes, local and international press, Wi-Fi, umbrellas, and other services you may need. Please let us know the services you would like to avail of to meet all your needs.

The phone numbers of the drivers at 09.xx.xx.xx.xx. that we provide to you are IP numbers, which are redirected to our phone system when the drivers are unable to answer.

As our schedules are constantly evolving, the driver assigned to a mission may be replaced at any time. We will make every effort to inform you in advance.

However, thanks to the 09 IP number, even if the driver were to change, the phone number to reach the new driver would remain the same. We appreciate your not contacting the drivers more than one hour before the start of the services.

Our goal is to maintain our fleet recent : all our vehicles have a maximum use of 3 years within our company, then we change them for brand news ones. We keep them in perfect shape and condition. Our maintainance policy is very strict and our priority.
